Seville Butchers has been family run for three generations. This Yarra Valley Butchers, is owned and operated by Leanne Stewart. Leanne began her career with her father at the age of 5, making sausages. Her grandfather was also a butcher and her son is now a butcher. No wonder she wins awards for her sausages with all these great genes in the family.

Seafood Specialty Meats & Seafood: You will always see a great variety of traditional beef, pork, lamb and chicken products in our windows. If you are looking for a specialty item such as veal, duck, goat, kangaroo or even venison, we can order this in for you. We even get fresh Australian seafood in on Wednesday. We get fresh flake, salmon and flathead tails on a regular weekly basis. We always have an interesting selection of homemade meals made especially for that quick and easy dinner.
